Our service scope

Development, integration and operation from one source.

Zeitquell provides services around planning, implementation and ongoing technical operations. Which building blocks are included is agreed individually and described transparently.

01

Process analysis and consulting

We capture recurring workflows, interfaces, responsibilities and risks before a technical solution is created.

02

Custom development

Automations are developed for your processes, tested and documented in a traceable way.

03

Connection of existing systems

Existing programs, mailboxes, calendars, exports or interfaces can be connected after technical review.

04

Setup and launch

Zeitquell supports testing, handovers and controlled introduction during ongoing operations.

05

Hosting and technical operations

Operation can be planned on infrastructure in Germany. The concrete environment is agreed project by project.

06

Monitoring, maintenance and updates

Monitoring, technical maintenance, security updates and adjustments are handled depending on the agreed service scope.

07

Backup and recovery concepts

Backup and recovery paths are planned to fit the process, data flows and operational requirements.

08

Troubleshooting, support and further development

Incidents, questions and extensions are handled within the agreed scope so automation remains usable long term.

Frequently asked questions

What companies want to know before working together.

Do I have to operate a server myself?

No. Zeitquell can handle technical operations within the agreed service scope. The concrete infrastructure and responsibility are aligned per project.

Can I keep using my existing software?

That is the preferred approach. We check whether APIs, email processes, exports or other integration paths are suitable.

What happens if an automation fails?

For managed solutions, monitoring, error messages and response paths are agreed. Scope and response times depend on the selected service level.

What does monthly support include?

Depending on the agreement, it includes hosting, technical monitoring, maintenance, backups, troubleshooting, support and smaller improvements.

Can I automate additional processes later?

Yes. Existing automations can be expanded and additional processes can be added step by step when the technical and organizational foundation fits.

Where is my data processed?

Hosting and processing are intended for Germany. The concrete data flow is planned and aligned transparently before implementation.

How is the individual price determined?

The price depends on process complexity, interfaces, development effort, operating requirements and service scope. That is why we do not publish flat-rate prices.

Can I start with one automation first?

Yes. Many projects begin with a clearly defined process that is then evaluated and expanded if needed.
